Tickets are $30 each + $2.50 processing fee

Ticket sales will close on Friday, November 8 at 8 a.m. or
when it's sold out, whichever is sooner.

There will be absolutely no tickets sold at the door and only students who have purchased tickets in advance will be admitted to the dance.

When is the dance?

Who can attend?

  • All ND students are invited to attend and can purchase their tickets using the link above. 
  • Guests from other high schools can also attend! Click the Non-ND Student ticket link above to purchase.
    • Ticket sales are open to all students at Diocesan schools (Bellarmine, Presentation, St. Francis and Archbishop Mitty). 
    • Students from other high schools can also attend but they must be hosted by an ND student. 
    • All guests must be high school students and are required to bring their student current 2024-25 school ID (or a printout of their current schedule with a school administrator’s business card stapled to it).
  • Guests who are not high school students must be hosted by an ND student and must email a signed letter from the parent/guardian of their ND student host saying that they give their permission to attend. The letter must be written by the ND student's parent and must explicitly state that they grant permission for the guest to attend with their ND student. The names of both parties and the parent's name and signature must also be included. This letter must be emailed to Mrs. Borromei (cborromei@ndsj.org) upon the guest's ticket payment.
  • ND students and their guests must abide by all of the policies outlined in the student behavior section of the Student/Parent Handbook (starting on page 32), including the ND honor code, the tobacco, alcohol, drugs & controlled substances policy, etc.


Where is the dance being held on campus?

  • Weather permitting, it will be held both indoors in JB Hall and outdoors in Pardini Park and the 3rd Street Cafe area. The DJ and photo booths will be inside and lawn games, board games, activities, and hang out areas will be outside.
  • Because some of it will be outdoors, please dress accordingly.
  • There will be a coat check available.
     

What is the ticket price and what does it include?

  • The price is $30 and all tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales close at 8 a.m. on Friday, November 8.
  • The ticket price includes dancing, two professional photo booths, a 360 photo booth, an elaborate dessert bar, games, shell jewelry making, flower and laurel crown making, music, water and fun!
  • $10 of every ticket purchase will be donated to ND’s Funding the Future initiative. During Homecoming Week, ND students raise money for their grade level's Funding the Future collection, which aims to pay a student's tuition for all 4 years. ND students can donate to their own grade level’s fund, and non-ND students will get to choose a grade level to donate to as well.
  • All tickets must be purchased through the online forms and there will be no tickets sold at the door. Tickets cannot be given to another student or transferred.
  • Supplemental aid is available for ND students. Please email Mrs. Borromei to request aid.
  • There are no physical tickets and all sales are processed electronically via our payment partner, GoFan. Students with successfully-purchased tickets will get a confirmation email directly after their purchase from GoFan and will also receive a confirmation email from ND that includes the email address they used to purchase their ticket.

What time can I show up/leave?

  • The dance starts at 7:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm, but all attendees must arrive by 8:00 pm and cannot leave before 9:30 pm. Only one gate will be open for entrance and exit.
  • ND students requesting to leave earlier than 9:30 pm must have their parent/guardian email Ms. Battisti to request permission in advance.
     

Where can I park or get dropped off/picked up?

  • Attendees can park or get dropped off in the ND/280 Faculty & Staff Parking Lot underneath 280 between 2nd and 3rd Streets. 
  • Enter the lot through the 3rd Street Gate on 3rd Street between Margaret and Reed Streets. 
  • For drop off, please proceed through the lot according to this map. There will also be cones to guide you through for quick and easy drop off.

  • To park, please pull into any open space in the lot. On-street parking is also available around campus if the lot is full. The other parking lots around campus will not be open.
  • There will be faculty and parent volunteers to help escort students from the parking lot to the campus entry gate. There will also be a parking lot attendant on duty during the dance to ensure the students and their cars are safe.
  • For their safety, please do not drop off attendees along Reed, 2nd or 3rd Streets, and parking will not be available in the Center for Women’s Leadership Visitor’s Lot. If you will need accessible parking, please email Mrs. Borromei (cborromei@ndsj.org).
  • Pick up after the dance will also be in that parking lot.
     

Where do I enter the dance?

  • The entrance gate is the Reed Street pedestrian gate on Reed Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets.
  • All attendees will check in there and only those with pre-paid tickets will be allowed to enter.
     

What do I need to bring?

  • All ticket sales are electronic and there are no paper/printed tickets. Once you have bought your ticket and paid, you will receive an email from GoFan, our payment partner, with your digital ticket. You will need to access your ticket at the check-in table the night of the mixer, so make sure that it's in your email or the GoFan app and that you can open it from your phone. If your parent/guadian purchased your ticket for you, make sure they forward you the email with the ticket so that you can access it that night. No screenshots will be accepted.
  • ND students: do not need to bring anything.
  • Non-ND students: please bring your current 2024-25 high school student ID or a printout of your schedule with your principal’s/dean’s business card stapled to it.
  • No outside food or beverage will be allowed on campus.
  • Bag checks will be conducted upon arrival.
     

What’s the dress code?

  • The dress code is semi-formal in accordance with the ND Handbook guidelines under Free Dress on page 47.
  • Dress to the weather since the portions of the dance will be held outside and wear or bring comfortable shoes.
     

What bathrooms will be open?

  • Manley Hall first floor bathrooms.
  • Center for Women's Leadership first floor bathrooms.
  • JB Hall upstairs bathrooms.
     

Can I request a song?

  • Sure! Just make sure it’s safe for Sister G’s ears.
  • Please note that this is a request form and it's not guaranteed that your song will be played.
  • ND students can submit their requests in advance here. You can also request songs that evening directly from the DJ.


I’m an ND parent. Can I volunteer to chaperone the dance?

  • Yes! We would love to have your help! Please sign up through VolunteerMatters.
     

I can't find my ticket in my email. What can I do?

  • You must be able to access your ticket the night of the dance and NO SCREENSHOTS will be accepted.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to all dance attendees that includes the email address used to purchase your ticket, or you can directly search for the GoFan confirmation email.
  • If you're still having issues, email Mrs. Borromei (cborromei@ndsj.org) and she can look up the email address you used to purchase the ticket.
