Personal Statement
I began subbing at Notre Dame two years ago and quickly fell in love with the community's mission of empowering students to be advocates for a more just and peaceful world. My teaching philosophy has always been to encourage my students to become critical thinkers who can leverage their intellect and creativity to impact their world. While I don't have a motto per se, I firmly believe in the power of dialogue and collaboration in creating a dynamic learning community. I also feel that it's a crucial for educators to instill the values of equality and human dignity.
