Congratulations to Dylan ’25 for being selected as one of nine local high school interns to join the ArtNow Teen Council at New Museum Los Gatos (NUMU)! The council is working hard to elevate the ArtNow exhibition by planning the exhibition layout, running booths, leading tours and helping the program become more widely accessible and more relevant to teenagers living across Santa Clara County. NUMU’s Teen Council will be leading tours in May and June.

Dylan's connection to art runs deep. Many will recall her achievement last year with being awarded a San Jose Downtown Door and having her poignant artwork “Our Hair Is Our History” on display. “Mr. Johnson shared these unique opportunities in our classroom and encouraged me to apply,” she said. “I love being an intern for the museum and hope to have my artwork featured one day soon.”
