These sessions are designed to educate and empower parents with knowledge and tools to address perfectionism, fostering healthier family dynamics and emotional well-being. They balance theory, practical strategies and interactive exercises to ensure participants leave with actionable takeaways.

Part 1: Understanding Perfectionism - Navigating the Fine Line Between Excellence and Exhaustion
Friday, Feb. 14, 9:30-10:30 a.m. via Zoom

This session will delve into the dual nature of perfectionism, highlighting its adaptive and maladaptive aspects. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of perfectionism and understand its impact on daily life.

Part 2: Practical Strategies to Manage Perfectionism
Wednesday, Feb. 26, 6-7:30 p.m. at Fusion Academy, Cupertino

This session will provide parents with general educational tools and strategies to better understand perfectionism and explore supportive approaches. It will include facilitated discussions, opportunities to reflect on shared experiences and practical insights to support parents.
